Tasting from 09.10.2019: Peter Moser

Pale chartreuse yellow, silver reflections, a fine, persistent mousse. Fresh meadow herbs, light notes of pear, subtle notes of blossom honey. Elegant, with undertones of yellow apples, a discreet extracted sweetness, lovely acidity, a subtle hazelnut brioche touch on the finish, already drinking well, with a fine honey touch on the finish.
