Tasting from 30.09.2022: Gerhild Burkhard, Anne Krebiehl MW, Peter Moser

Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, very fine mousse. Fine cookie nuances, delicate roasted aromas, with juicy yellow tropical fruit in the background, hints of papaya and mango, floral touch. Textured, fine nutty aromas, subtle sweetness underpinned by silky acidity, harmonious, long-lasting, shows depth, a multi-faceted, well-developed food companion. Matured on the lees for an impressive twelve years. (Deg. 9/2019).
