Medium, bright dusky rose. Smoky aromas are accompanied by rose hip, hibiscus, ripe rhubarb and delicate wood tones. Full-bodied on the palate with grip, tasty woody savouriness accompanied by balanced acidity and a creamy texture, with a mineral character. Piquant herbal savouriness on the finish. Stays well on the palate. A versatile food companion.
