Deep garnet with purple reflections at the narrow rim. Fresh cranberries, ripe soft fruit, nuances of blackberries, a touch of black pepper and candied orange zest. Taut, red berry fruit, good density, fine, ripe tannins, fresh, well-structured, red cherries and blackcurrants on the finish; great length, certain ageing potential.
