Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, broad rim brightening. Delicate notes of liquorice and clove, black forest berries, fine herbal savouriness, nuances of cranberry. Juicy, elegant, red cherry fruit, finesse-rich acid structure, mineral-salty, a delicate and lively food companion.
