Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, good colour core, purple reflections, delicate watery rim. Delicate floral herbal savouriness, nuances of blackberry confit, a hint of liquorice, dark minerality. Complex, tightly woven, firm tannins that are well integrated, some dark chocolate on the finish, beginning to develop something like charm, but should be kept for another three or four years before drinking.
