Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet colour with purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Fresh plums, dark cherries, delicate notes of tobacco, candied orange zest, some milk chocolate. Medium complexity, some nougat, cherries, ripe tannins, mineral and persistent, only medium length at the moment, dries out a little.
More about the tastingOpaque ruby core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Fine aromas of blackberry fruit, fresh black cherries, hints of cassis and wood spices. A fresh and juicy palate with red cherries, integrated tannins and a touch of minerality on the finish, has good ageing potential.
