Tasting Notes
Medium carmine garnet with a delicate undercurrent, very inviting on the nose, wonderful hint of wild strawberries, beguiling bouquet with fascinating sweetness, enormously fresh on the palate, fine blackberry confit, delicate caramel undertones, ripe on the finish, like cotton candy, shows great length, slightly oxidative with air. Should be savored now at the latest, beginning to become inky.
