Tasting Notes

Tasting from 12.02.2016

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, subtle edge brightening, ripe plums, sweet cherry confit, some nougat, sweet spice notes, multi-faceted bouquet, a hint of candied orange zest. Full-bodied, very powerful, present tannins that are still somewhat demanding, chocolaty finish, still lacking the right length for completion.
