Tasting from 06.05.2026: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Roland Graf (Spirits)

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Ripe plums, a hint of nougat and figs, delicate touch of precious wood, inviting bouquet. Juicy cherry fruit, lively, red berry texture, ripe tannins, good freshness, mineral and with some length, already well developed, with ageing potential.
