Tasting from 30.04.2026: Ulrich Sautter (Wein), Roland Graf (Spirits)

"Leafy" notes, blackcurrant leaf tea, a hint of menthol, herbal bitters, dark chocolate, some wood, quite good in clarity and diversity. The palate is very supple, on this basis a fine-grained tannin unfolds, extracted with a sense of proportion, the wine ends juicy, with very good length, and even with mineral undertones.
