The red wine Corbières AOC Blason d''Aussières, vintage 2012 from the winery Château D’Aussieres – Domaines Barons de Rothschild has been rated in 2015 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, subtle watery rim. Restrained, delicate red forest berry confit, subtle herbal spice, dark minerality. Juicy, extract-sweet, well-integrated tannins, some chocolate, ripe cherry fruit on the finish, has maturity potential, but can already be drunk well.
