Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, violet tints, delicate bright rim. With fine herbal savouriness underlaid with black fruit of blackberries and liquorice, floral nuances, discreet noble wood touch. Juicy, balanced, pickled cherries, pleasant dress of tannin, fine nougat, already well developed, a multi-faceted food wine.
More about the tastingViolet pastille, black cherry jam, pepper and almost menthol notes. Silky and supple in the approach, at first almost creamy and then with extremely cultivated build-up of drive, fine-grained, firm tannin that releases good juice. Young and compact, with first signs of coming savouriness, and with striking mineral background.
