It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Was concentrated by the yield loss due to frost, the summer was then very warm. Some lime blossom, white peach, also a touch of ice candy, some wood, substantial, dense, good acidity, mineral core, has southern generosity, pithy, good density, juicy and taut, good length, very balanced. Still a bit astringent on the finish. Good potential.
