Tasting from 28.05.2021: Peter Moser, Othmar Kiem, Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Pale greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicate white fruit nuances, a hint of lime zest is underlain by ripe pear aromas, with a touch of roasted almond kernels and iodine. Medium complexity, fresh pome fruit, firm texture, a hint of sea salt, shows good length and liveliness, a multi-faceted food wine.
