Dark ruby with purple reflections and subtle edge brightening. Delicately herbal-spicy blackberry confit, nuances of liquorice and a hint of fresh orange zest. Juicy, elegant and mineral, it has ripe sweet cherry, fresh acidity and salty touches on the finish. Good persistence, a versatile food companion.
