Tasting from 25.05.2018: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, with purple reflections, and a subtle bright rim. On the nose ripe cherry fruit, with an underlay of fine nuances of cloves, and some candied orange zest. Juicy, elegant, fresh acidity structure, fine mature tannins, a mineral-saline finish, it is persistent, has a delicate nougat flavour on the finish, and has promising ageing potential.
