Light salmon pink. Rose, raspberry blossom, yeasty aromas. In the mouth still quite neutral, youthful, very good substance, underlying herbal savoury and balsamic notes. Supple and generous structure with lovely core fruit and a touch of minerality. A good development prospect and food wine.
