Delicate pastel color, in the tone towards "gris". Raspberry, black pepper, grape sugar. On the palate no easy drinking, but a quite grown-up structure: full-bodied and with strong body, a layer of creaminess. Underneath ripe, well integrated acidity, still closed palate fruit. Rich in substance, and finally also clearly mineral.
