Slightly smoky on the nose, cereal-scented aromas, very restrained. Full-bodied on the palate, a layer of creaminess, phenolics, powerful, well-integrated acidity, fresh, an uncomplicated aperitif and accompaniment to pasta dishes with a light sauce.
