The red wine Côte Rotie, vintage 2019 from the winery Château de Saint Cosme has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Anne Krebiehl with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Bourgogne Grand Ordinaire in France.
Raisin and heart cherry on the nose, on the palate the wine has a very balanced body, fine-grained tannin on a supple basis, ripe acidity, delicate mineral tones, the density comes along without heaviness, a nice juiciness leads into a fruity and savoury (again raisin) finish of good to very good length. Already easy to drink.
