The rosé wine Grande Réserve Côtes de Provence Cru Classé, vintage 2020 from the winery Château de Saint-Martin has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grenache, Tibouren, Cinsault, Carignan, Syrah from the region Provence in France.
Not too light in colour. Delicate berry aromas, cranberry, rosehip. Very natural in appearance. Linear on the palate, juicy, very still in appearance, but with substance and depth. Supple base, mealy phenolics and tactile mineral notes. A rosé that will continue to give pleasure over the summer, that will gain further aromatic depth and that demands food – grilled scallops.
