Tasting from 26.05.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Orange-pink. Clear but not banal use of wood, balsamic oak savouriness and ripe fruity aromas (candied orange peel). Soft opening to the palate, powerful body, firm acid backbone, texture and substance, and again a clear wood impression. Perhaps a little young as the fruit has to fight its way out from behind the wood, good minerality.
