Orange in colour. Opulent aroma: some oak, balsamic, herbal and mineral aromas. Apple peel tea. Full and supple on the palate, but also with a lively acidity and noble, ripe phenolics. Also roasted and oaky on the palate, hazelnut. A strong oak influence, which nevertheless does not appear exaggerated due to the substance and savoury fullness of the wine. A very grown-up wine for the gastronomic world. Why not even pair with grilled côte de boeuf?
