Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. On the nose there are delicately savoury nuances of gooseberry, guava and grapefruit, a gentle smokiness and notes of fresh ginger. On the palate it is full-bodied, with white fruit, lively acidity, minerality and fine fruit expression. Very good length.
