Tasting Notes
Deep ruby garnet colour with purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Delicate nougat, fine cherries, a hint of plums, some oranges, inviting bouquet. Medium body, chocolatey touch, round, juicy tannins, delicate minerality on the finish, already very developed, a versatile food wine.
More about the tastingDark ruby, opaque core, fading to purple at the narrow rim. Fine herbal savouriness, notes of blackberries and cassis, fresh orange zest, tobacco nuances. Taut, fresh cherries, lively structure, integrated tannins, mineral, with redcurrants on the finish. A light-footed, uncomplicated food companion with a touch of fruit sweetness on the finish. Will be very approachable early.
