Deep ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, faint brightening on rim. A touch of strawberry confit, pickled cherry, a hint of liquorice, delicately savoury background. Juicy, blackberry, cherry, ripe tannins integrated, good freshness, mineral finish, versatile.
