Tasting Notes

Tasting from 25.05.2018: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. There are subtle hints of juniper on the nose, with some fine oak character, a black berry aroma, and a fresh orange zest. It is substantial, with a blackberry flavour, vivid tannins, and some minerality. With only three barriques, this is the lifeblood of Jean Voisin.
