Tasting from 02.12.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby in colour with purple reflections and a subtle brightening on the ochre rim. On the nose, finely spiced aromas of dark fruits of the forest, hints of cherry and blackberry, fine oak nuances, with subtle hints of tobacco and leather. The palate is juicy and powerful, supported by savoury tannins, mineral with subtle red berry fruit and a saline finish. Already drinking well.
