Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Deep ruby-garnet, purple glints, faintly lighter ochre hue at the rim. Hints of savoury wood underpinned with dark sweetheart cherries, plums and blackberry jam, tobacco notes. Juicy, expression of fruits and elegance, well-integrated tannins, mineral-salty finish, with some nougat reverberations. Will benefit from bottle ageing. (2025-2040)

Dark ruby with purple reflections and delicate edge brightening. Aromas of fresh plum, black fruits of the forest confit, a hint of orange zest and some nougat. Juicy, elegant palate with fine fruit. Pleasantly fresh, with chocolaty touches in the aftertaste. Already drinking well.
