Deep ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, bright rim. Fresh black fruit - black cherries, blackberries, a hint of cassis, plus tobacco with an undercurrent of noble oak spice. Juicy, fresh cherries, integrated, vivid tannins, good freshness, mineral-chalky finish. Has ageing potential.
