Equally restrained and delicate aroma of curry herb, thyme and olives. Fruit remains in the background as a hint of plum and slightly dried cherry. Enjoys air and time. Hearty, spicy balance of fresh fruit, hearty tannins and piquant acidity. A bourgeois delicacy.
