The rosé wine Le Grand Huit Rosé, vintage 2023 from the winery Château Les Valentines has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Gerhild Burkard with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cinsault, Mourvèdre from the region Provence in France.
Somewhat reductive, needs air. Then shows aromas of citrus, stone fruits and red berries, underpinned by fine herbal notes. Gentle, full-bodied on the palate, with ripe acidity and mineral notes. Long finish accompanied by caramel and berry notes.
