Tasting Notes

92 - 94
Tasting from 28.05.2021: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, purple reflections, narrow rim. Nuances of preserved cherry, a touch of nougat, fig and tangerine zest with a delicately savoury undercurrent. Juicy dark cherry fruit, silky texture, ripe tannins, mineral core, chocolaty finish, shows good length and ageing potential. Biodynamic, a new drive for quality is clearly evident.
