Tasting Notes

89 - 91
Tasting from 01.01.2023: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Delicate violets, nougat, ripe black cherries, fine oak touch. Full-bodied, sweet, ripe plums, subtle acidity, chocolate touch, fine herbal spice on the finish, opulent, approachable style. Individual secondary tone of ink lead, which is disturbing, however.
