Tasting from 22.02.2023: Peter Moser

Dark garnet, purple reflections, subtle ochre brightening on the rim. Distinct mocha roast aromas, some caramel, blackberries, nuances of liquorice and cassis, vanilla and nougat in the background. Deep and complex, dark fruit, vivid, still somewhat bold tannins, bitter chocolate on the finish, mineral and lasting. Will benefit from further bottle ageing.
