Strong ruby garnet, purple reflections, subtle edge brightening. Delicately herbal and savoury blackberry notes, fresh cherry, some nougat. Juicy, elegant, mineral-salty texture, freshly structured, a versatile, stimulating food companion with certain ageing potential.
