Tasting from 05.05.2015: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Pickled pepper, clove, delicate aromas of truffle and undergrowth, olives and Mediterranean spiciness. A wonderful bouquet that emphasises the maturity of the wine magnificently. Chocolaty fruit flavour, sweet toasty spiciness and enormous fullness, yet salty and cool. Serve with shoulder of lamb with rosemary potatoes and candied garlic, because great wine needs rich food.
