Tasting from 26.05.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Salmon pink. Intensely floral and fruity, raspberry, supple on the nose. Ripe, well-integrated acidity, charming phenolics on the mid palate, mineral freshness, lots of juiciness, structurally sound, mineral undertow to the finish. A quite complete rosé and a refreshing food wine for summer cuisine with vegetables and salad.
