The white wine Limoux AOC Le Limoux, vintage 2015 from the winery Chateau Rives-Blanques has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Mauzac Blanc from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Lime mineral notes, yeast, tangerine, pineapple, fruit accentuated with only slight wood influence. Smooth approach, the typical southern body sweetness of Chardonnay, good carriage, vivid acidity, medium weight in extract and length, with nice lime minerality at the end.
