The white wine Limoux AOC Occitania, vintage 2016 from the winery Chateau Rives-Blanques has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Mauzac Blanc from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Pineapple and tangerine, peach and plum, some coconut. Powerful alcohol on the palate, noticeable wood note, good density, full and almost flinty, with well-integrated acidity and savour finish, a good food wine to Mediterranean fresh cuisine.
