Salmon pink with orange-tints. The fragrance shows fine wood spices also iodine notes, sea breeze and notes of liquorice and apple compote. Taut palate, dense, rich, with firm acidity adding to the mid-palate tension, rounding from the wooden barrels allows the wine to finish smoothly, good tactile minerality. A structured rosé with length, which is recommended as a food wine, but given its beautiful fruit would also be enjoyable as a terrace wine.
