Bright salmon pink with orange hues. Caramel and wet stones. Creamy opening to the palate, round and supple, delicate acidity, fine tactile mineral notes, a distinctive extract-driven tartness to the mid-palate leading roundly into the finish. Strong character, gastronomic, with grilled artichokes.
