Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a lightly ochre rim. Herbal and spiced on the nose, with tobacco nuances, hints of fresh moss, black forest berries and some elderberries. Medium complexity on the palate with some dark nougat notes, vivid tannins, and a hint of caramel on the finish. The mineral aftertaste is somewhat drying.

Dark ruby with purple reflections, subtly brighter at the edge. Aromas of cherry fruit underlaid with fresh orange zest, a hint of liquorice and delicate floral aspects. Medium body, with ripe cherry, delicate hints of plum and pleasant sweetness. With a subtle structure, it is balanced and makes an uncomplicated food companion.
