Tasting from 16.02.2022: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a lightly ochre rim. Dark nougat and some liquorice on the nose, with blueberry jam underneath and a hint of prunes. Complex and juicy on the palate with a pleasant fruit sweetness allied to firm tannins. It's mineral and taut on the finish, with a chocolaty aftertaste, showing length and development potential.

Dark ruby, opaque core, violet tints, delicate bright rim. Delicate herbal savouriness, a hint of sour cherries and black berry fruit, tobacco nuances. Medium body, red berry confit, discreet tannins, freshly structured, salty finish, an uncomplicated food match.
