The rosé wine Palette AOC Rosé, vintage 2018 from the winery Château Simone has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault from the region Provence in France.
An assemblage of eight varieties. Bright light vermilion. Apple skin and rosehip jam, with air, more and more herbs. Supple attack, then substance, powerful in body and alcohol, ripe in acidity, with a compact, salty finish. In structure, a substantial bright (but not light) red wine. Grilled sea fish.
