Tasting Notes

Tasting from 11.02.2011

Strong carmine garnet, broad ochre rim, orange reflections. Ripe plum fruit on the nose, delicate dried fruit, animal, a hint of damp wool, clear notes of age. Medium texture, sweet plum fruit, balanced, velvety tannins, offers uncomplicated drinking pleasure, should be drunk now at the latest, because there is not much future left.
