Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Peppery, herbal, balsamic high ripeness, cherry, allspice. The palate is firmly built, with grainy, mineral-accented tannins that are immaculately ripe, at most a little dry. A supple fullness forms the base, the strong alcohol is seamlessly integrated, the aromatic ageing potential flashes on the finish of very good length. (Tasted by Dr. Ulrich Sautter).
