Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.05.2024: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Hints of Amarena cherry, elderberry, bitter chocolate, floral and peppery, notes of milk chocolate. On the palate, the wine seems to come from a single mould, very soft to start, then lined with a powerful, very fine and completely mature tannin, which is almost completely melted into the creamy body, chalky minerality on the finish.
