Distinctive nose: notes of brewer's malt, ripe citrus fruits and light stone fruits, with a savoury mineral background. Medium-bodied on the palate, very elegant with ripe acidity and again savoury notes. Lingers for a long time with a certain grip that ensures drinking flow.
